Two fitbits on one account

I have a Luxe and just got a Charge 5, want to use both - Luxe some days, Charge 5 others.  The app only lets me switch devices, which removes the other one from my account.  Is there a way to have two Fitbit watches on the same account?

Hi @gmcc180  this article will explain it - click to read. You could have both on the same account if you were to remove the Luxe and put on the Charge 5 and then reverse it to switch, It's the only workaround possible at this time, but it's also a bit time consuming.

Bummer!  Thanks for the reply.  It would be nice to have the prettier Luxe with some outfits and the Charge 5 for sportier days, but unfortunately I'll have to return the Charge 5.

There's a feature request about this issue which is worth you adding your vote to if you want it to change.

I completely agree with you it's so annoying we can't use more than one device on the same account and so short-sighted of Fitbit imho.
