Unable to add card to Charge 5

Hey,

I tried to find a solution in the forum, FAQ, Reddit etc., but I couldn't find one.

Due to my Charge 5 suddenly refusing to accept my PIN, I had to perform a factory reset. After setting everything back up and changing the PIN, I wanted to add all my card back to Fitbit Pay, but I keep getting the "This card was already added" error. I removed the card from my Google Wallet, deleted Fitbit app, restarted Charge 5, restarted my phone, and tried adding the card again after reinstalling, but the error persists. Since I performed a factory reset, I got a notification that all my cards were removed, so I cannot manually remove the card to add it back. Is there any solution to this? Currently, the Fitbit Pay system is completely useless to me.

Thank you for your help.

Are you talking about Fitbit Pay or Google Wallet?  Those are two different services and if memory serves me right, then Fitbit Pay became Google Wallet.

Let's start at the beginning:

1.) Without revealing any personal information, what country do you reside in and what's the credit card issuer?  Not every country or every credit card is supported by Google Wallet.

2.) Is everything updated on both your phone and the device?

3.) Were you able to reconnect your device to the Fitbit app?

Hey,

thank you for the reply.

Everything is updated, and I already used this card with Fitbit pay before the merge with Google Wallet. The issuer is Revolut, and I have no issues with using it on the Google Wallet app, and I use it almost daily. but trying to connect it to Fitbit's version, it says the card is already in use, but it isn't.

The issue started with the new system suddenly refusing to accept my pin, me having to factory reset and card not wante to reconnect.

Yes, I managed to connect my device.
