Just got a Charge 5, tried to add card to the Fitbit wallet. Keep saying that card is not supported. Live in Norway and my bank and visa is listed as supported. The bank list that Fitbit pay is supported. Called my bank, and they said they can’t help me… anyone that got similar problems and how to solve this?
Everything is updated, restarted both iphone, the Fitbit app and Fitbit. Still not working.

Thank you for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.
As you mentioned earlier, please make sure that your card and your bank are listed here: Banks & Transit Supporting Fitbit Pay.
If your card is supported but you continue to get the same error message after the steps you've tried and after calling your bank, I do recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team so they can let you know how to proceed.
