Hello I have this problem since I have charge 5. When I click on wallet option and try to add my card the app crash. And when some support connect and tell me stuff I already reinstal the app rebot phone I done every single stuff there it is app is up to date

Thanks for explaining your situation by adding a card to wallet using a Charge 5.
I recommend you to check the system version of your cellphone is updated, and also check that the card is a supported one.
Let me know how it goes once you've tried this.

Did u read what i wrote that the app is crashing when i click on wallet and try to add card it's not letting me go in the selection that i need to place my card number this is your app problem not phone software stop wasting people time with solutions that don't work and contact the developing team and to fix this issue. There are old post about this problem like 2,3 years ago and still u haven't fix it from then. I pay for the fitbit premium soo I think that when u pay for something it needs to work properly.
