I've used Fitbit Pay on my previous Fitbit Charge 4 and had no issue adding cards. When I try on my new Fitbit Charge 5 I'm finding that I can ad my card for the NAB bank but when I try to add a 2nd card, a Westpac Mastercard, I get the error "Unable to connect to your issuer".
I've successfully added this card to my IPhone Wallet so what is problem with this Fitbit?

Hi, @TonyT46 , welcome to the community, I had a similar problem, I found repeated attempts eventually work. Bear in mind it takes two to tango and it may just be a glitch with your bank's response.
Cheers

Hi @TonyT46.
Have you confirmed that the card is supported by Fitbit pay?
Apple pay isn't Fitbit Pay, and just because one supports the card doesn't automatically mean the other does.

I have been having trouble in the UK. Deleted device, unpaired, rebooted. Done everything support have asked of twice. Still cant get card added. This is after having to get special credit card that I didn't want only because its the only card issuer fitbit are associated with in the UK. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with all this to and throwing with support as well. Surely someone should know where the issues is. Too much trail and error and mainly hit and bloody miss with fitbit support

I haven't got a Charge 5 so can't check myself, but is it possible to go into the Fitbit app - Profile picture (tap on) - Charge 5 - Apps, and then uninstall the wallet app and then reinstall?
I agree though, if a card is supported it should work without all these issues.
