Since the October update to Android app have been unable to download ECG Reports. When pressing download the screen flickers twice and the app keeps trying to download. Tried rolling back to earlier version of app and everything works perfect. So not the phone.

There is a known issue on the Fitbit side with downloading ECG pdfs as reported in this thread (<-- click link). The issue has been escalated and the team is working on fixing the problem.

Thank you for letting us know that you were able to roll back to an earlier version of the app and are now able to download ECG reports.

None of the information is of any help, should not have to roll back version to get reports. Surely by now Fitbit ( now Google ) could have created an update based on earlier version to cure the problem. Just makes me think that Google wants to brick Fitbit devices and get everyone to buy Google devices.
