My charge 5 died after less than a year. I am trying to get warranty service. When I search that in help, I end up in loop telling me to first obtain return authorization. The “click here” link to do that takes me back to the search help page with no instructions on how to do that. I understand they designed it that way to frustrate users in hopes they will give up. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get warranty service?

Thanks! I wish the instructions just said contact support. Maybe they did? Tried the chat, but ended up just calling. In process now, hopefully will get a replacement, eventually.
