Unable to install clock faces or Relax on Charge 5

how do I install these?

Hello @Fibonacci-ninja and welcome to the Community.  I read several older threads and all say that the Relax app isn't available on the Charge 5.  I don't understand your question about installing videos.  Can you ask it a different way?

Thanks for the insight on the relax app. I didn't see any info on that.
I did see a number of posts complaining that specific clock faces were
unavailable. Do you know if this is a bug or only limited to charge 6? If
this is a bug, do you know if they are putting out a fix?

@Fibonacci-ninja  I’m sorry but I can’t help you the clock face issue.  I use a Sense 2.  If you list the names, maybe another user can help you.

There was a Charge 5 firmware update, 194, that included several new features including new clock faces. I think the firmware was released sometime last year (2023).

However, I'm not sure what's going on with that firmware update. I thought it was halted, but have seen some recent user reports that they got that firmware update.

For now, there's nothing you can do to try to get that update installed on your Charge 5. If/when a firmware update rolls out for the Charge 5, you'll see a notification in the Fitbit app.
