Unable to install new clock faces on Charge 5

I have done all trouble shooting but cant get the 4 new clock faces to work on my charge 5 

glimpse, bifrost, brisk or juxtaposed. Am i the only one? Everythign is updated adn has been restarted, uninstalled an reinstalled various times

I was able to confirm you contacted support via chat and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.

They were not able to solve the issue. I was asking the community to see
if someone else was able to solve it.

@CrisVillaFitbit @AwildaRivera I have this exact issue with my Charge 5. Have contact support at least 6 times regarding this issue. I re-paired on different phones, I even replaced the Charge 5 and it is still an issue. This is a software bug I think which is very frustrating as it doesn't seem to be addressed by Support at all.
