Unable to see gps settings nor map after tracking a walk

Hi

I've got a brand new fitbit charge5. I've installed the fitbit app, etc. and syncs always fine.
Some days ago I upgraded it to latest firmware. All went ok
I've given the app the location permission to "all the time". Then in fitbit I've set the gps option to Phone. 

I've enabled location in my phone, opened the app, then went to my charge 5, went to walk, checked "gps" to on, and started tracking. After finishing each walk, I've synced data, but cannot see the map on the app. Not even clicking the "location" icon in home

I also cannot see the GPS settings for fitbit when accessing the device icon from fitbit app

What should I do?

I have the same problem. The app also freezes when I click on my exercise detail so I’m not able to see the performance data. I have we get an answer and a fix. This is so frustrating!

One thing I've noticed is that checking the Panel on Fitbit website (after logging in) is that the tracks maps etc show awesome there...

But not in the App
