I don't understand what you mean.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I mean that when i synchronize my fitbit app it doesn’t show resting heart rate. Today it is fourth day in this week when it happened.

Thanks for getting back to us @Kmaj84. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit App doesn't show resting heart rate.

What do you see on the resting heart rate tile? Have you synced your tracker recently?

Thank you  for your interaction @JohnnyRow

I see the chart of the heart rate on each day, but unfortunately there is no resting heart rate. I synchronize my tracker every day 🙂

Thanks for getting back to us and for your information @Kmaj84.

Do you get your Resting heart rate on your Health Metrics? It should show up there. Could you please send a screenshot of the heart rate chart?

Thanks for getting back to us and for your screenshots @Kmaj84. I apologize for the delayed response and am sorry to hear that the heart rate is still not showing on your Fitbit app.

I checked your previous posts and noticed that this happened with your Inspire HR too.

Did you change something to your app? Was the resting heart rate showing on the app every day before this happened?

Did you try force quitting and restarting the app and Charge 5?

Hi, I’m having the same problem. Resting heart rate and bpm on the watch (Charge 5) not displaying last couple days either in the app or on watch display screen.

I have this problem from week and a half I think, and from this time I didn’t change anything in the app. Maybe this could help that when I was using Inspire HR I had Samsung and Android and now I have iPhone and iOS. Of course I restarted Charge 5 and the app. Thanks for help.

Thank you for getting back to us and for your information @Kmaj84.

I reported your thread on Wednesday and our team is checking some discrepancies that are showing up on the Fitbit app. Those are happening on Android and if there are more users that find this situation too, we could check intensively.

Let's wait until next week and if it keeps happening please let me know and we'll keep on investigating. Have a nice weekend.

Thank you for the update @AMEB62

Are you also experiencing issues with getting the resting heart rate on the Fitbit app or both Heart rate and resting heart rate?

Hi it was on both (missing) earlier in the week. 2 days without that data being tracked or displayed. Appeared again part way through a day yesterday. Watch also went blank & wouldn't charge or reset for a while when I pressed the button in the cable wire 3 times.

it suddenly came ‘back to life’ but heart rate & resting heart readings didn’t appear after that for a couple of days.

Saw on the forum discussions that others having similar issues with Charge 5.

Thanks for getting back to us @AMEB62. With your provided information, I believe that you're experiencing a different issue and that it's more related with your tracker than with the resting heart rate.

Since you already got in touch with our team I would recommend sticking with their instructions and resolution.

Have a nice weekend.
