I just purchased my Charge 5 and when I try to set up the wallet it says “Payments are not yet available, please try again” I am in the US and use Bank of America. I also get the same message when I tap on device lock. My Charge 5 was set up with all the default settings. How can I add my bank cards?

Turns out I just had to close and reopen the Fitbit app and got it working now.

Because you're getting that error message, I'd suggest contacting your bank to receive more details about regarding specific financial transactions, or if there are any restrictions / limitations with your credit card.
