Not able to synch my charge 5 to my iPhone today

Hi & welcome to the community @mspader
Sorry to hear you're having issues synching your Charge 5 to your iPhone. Yesterday (04 Jun 2023), there were at least 2 people with iPhones mentioning the same issue. One person tried force quitting the Fitbit app on their phone, then reopening the app. That seemed to fix the problem for them.
You could also try restarting the device, either from the Settings menu on your tracker or by using the charging cable that came with your Charge 5. if you need more detailed instructions, click on this link: How to Restart the Charge 5
Hopefully, one of these will get your Charge 5 and iPhone back in synch.
