Unable to turn on screen charge 5

Screen is unable to turn on 😒, my device is charge 5 , what to do ? Please help

By saying that your Charge 5's screen isn't able to be turned on, do you mean it doesn't react on the wrist turn gesture? If so, you should check if this gesture is activated. To do so, just swipe down from your clock face until you see the gear icon for Settings. Tap on that and scroll to find Display settings. After you've tapped on that, locate Screen Wake to activate this gesture.

screen is black out , it doesn’t turn on like the screen is dead , i’ve tried everything, but nothing is working 😒

If you've not already tried, I'd suggest to to restart your device following these instructions:

1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.

2.) Press the button located on the USB plug of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second(!).

3.) Wait around 10 seconds to see if the Fitbit logo appears.
