App confirms ECG app is installed. Device keeps telling to install. Unable to make ECG.
already restarted device but did not solve issue.

Thanks for informing me about this situation with the ECG app on your Charge 5. It's kind of weird the device keeps asking you to install it since you have already installed it. Can you try these steps, please?
- Uninstall the ECG app, for more info click here.
- Restart your Charge 5.
- Install the ECG app and try to use it.
If the situation continues, let me know, and tell me what message you get whenever you try to use ECG, please.
