I have had so many problems with the charge 5 I am ready to throw it in the garage. They fix one thing and 10 others break. Today’s current problems are:
Battery drains very fast
Red light on back won’t shut off
find my iPhone doesn’t work
steps are not accurate. Went from 10,047 up to 12,999 and then 13095 and now back to 10,047
EDA Scan keeps telling me to put the fitbit on my wrist. Yesterday it was working, but the info isn’t transferring to my app.
wont show pulse reading on actual device
not getting notifications when the battery is running low. Device itself has died and app says battery is at 82%
ECG keeps flashing that I have to hold my fingers in the right spots and I am.
Some of theses things stopped working after the update, some of them stopped working yesterday and some of them stopped working an hour ago. I have tried all the restarting and fixes that I have found and nothing works
I have already had it replaced once, but the problems keep piling up and I’m losing my patience. I have had charge 3’s and charge 4’s and no problems. Charge 5 is nothing but problems.
Am I the only one that is having all these problems and frustrations?
