Unresponsive screen during activity tracking Charge 5

I went for a walk with GPS enabled, tracking through my phone. I started the walk activity tracking, and after a while the screen stopped turning on, I had to tap on the screen several times until I was able to see it again.

 

I hope this is software related and it will be fixed in future releases. Now that there is no physical button, having a responsive screen is really important, otherwise the whole experience is poor.

It's good to know that your screen is responsive again, thank you for sharing this update. In the meantime, please try to complete the restart procedure following these steps and check if you continue to experience the same behavior. 

If your screen is still getting unresponsive, please try changing the clock face option as well.
