Unwanted glucose reminders

I get Almost daily reminders to check glucose  even though ALL settings are turned off. I have spoken with Fitbit phone techs six times and the annoying problem still exists. I even got a replacement Charge 5 and reinstalled the Fitbit app but I still have the issue.
