I just updated my charge 5 and ir seems that the new firmware killed it. It goes unresponsive, even taping wont show the hour. Batery drains in just minutes.
I bought my device not even a year ago, I tried restarting it from the cable and also factory reseting it from the watch. Desynced it and sync it again.
Dont know what to do, it was working perfectly yesterday. I want my watch back.
Are there any solutions or fixing updates coming ?
