Since updating my Fitbit, 2 days ago, the battery has died in less than 12hrs each day, the screen keeps going black and needs to be put on charge to reset, and it won’t let me view anything other than the time on my watch, I can’t swipe through to any of the options.
I tried contacting the help section/page on their website and it says not available!
Can anyone help me?

Is there a reason behind the attitude of the customer service team at Fitbit, they are all very angry and condescending when I try to speak to them, it’s awful…I have never dealt with service like it.
