Updated, no new watch faces, locked out of app on phone

Yeah, that update did not go well.  After getting locked out of my app on my phone when it wouldn't accept my acct/PW, and wouldn't send texts to reset password till 10 minutes later... I was thinking is it too late to return this device?

Thank you for sharing that you've been having these problems with the clock faces and your Fitbit account. 

 

I've seen other users who have reported the same issue with the new clock faces. I've sent all this information to the team so they can look into it, but we haven't received other updates for the moment. 

 

Regarding the inconvenience to log back into your account, let me know if you're still experiencing the same behavior. In the meantime, make sure that you've tried the following steps: 

 

  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache). 
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Try to log back into your account.
