My charge 5 seemed to run out of charge today, had trouble with it coming back to life when did was saying needed updating, did the update and then the red light just keeps coming on on the back and also wasn’t monitoring my heart rate I turned that off but still the same. The battery went from 100% to 63% in half hour. Have tried rebooting it and still the same.
I have now had to go back to my charge 4 but that doesn’t seem to have all apps on for notifications I only have text calls and then on the apps is ring door bell Amazon
Wasted my time on these devices today.
