I had to upgrade to get a Charge 5 after a strap broke and Charge 4 no longer available in Queenstown. But after installing the upgrade my new watch has not uploaded my last 3 years of data! On my profile it shows I have had a subscription since December 2019. All my data was reading fine on my old Charge 4 including my original Charge 3. My email has stayed the same and my profile shows that. Can I get my old data back?
