Hi, welcome to the Community Forums, @SimiDaba.

I appreciate all the information provided about the inconvenience you're experiencing with your some of the Health Metrics.

Before considering other options, please keep in mind the following to make sure you see your health metrics data:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning. Note: skin temperature requires 3 nights of data.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting. If you experience any discomfort, loosen the band, and if it persists give your wrist a break by taking it off.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.

For more detailed information, see What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app? In case the Breathing Rate, Heart Rate Variability and Skin Temperature are being tracked but they're not being shown in the app, please try the following steps as well:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app on the phone's settings.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Log back in and check if you're able to see your information properly.

In addition, make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.

Hope this helps, I'll be around.

Thank you for feedack.

To your comment Clear Cache and Cookies there is no such setting in settings for the App and clearing cookies and Cache is a function of a web browser not an App.

Stil, I did #1, 3 and 4. The app for the first time since using it picked up Breathing Rate and Heart variability along with Blood Oxygenation and Resting heart rate BUT did not pick up skin temperature. Let's see if continues the next night.

Also interesting, last night sleep showed detailed Awake, REM, Light and Deep recordings where it had stopped doing that when I updated to latest version on 12/30/21.

@SimiDaba Thank you for your reply and for confirming that you already tried the steps suggested.

The Clear Cache and Cookies option for specific apps is not available with all Android phones, but some phones allow you to complete this procedure and it has been helpful for some users experiencing similar problems.

From what you mentioned, it seems that some of the metrics have started to appear on the app. Let me know if you continue to experience any difficulty.

See you around.
