It is unbelievably difficult to sync the Charge 5 to my phone. Yes, I've tried turning off the Bluetooth and turning it back on. Yes, the Charge 5 is showing as "connected" on Bluetooth after I turn it back on. This is too, too hard. I don't have this much time every day to try to sync this thing up. It's single best use is to look at the number of steps you've taken at the end of the day and record them yourself somewhere. It has no other function that's useful.
