I just got a Charge 5 and I’m very disappointed to find the vibration not changing at all when I change it from normal to strong. I think I’ll send it back as it doesn’t wake me up in the morning and I have missed calls today. The vibration is just too weak.

Hi, thanks for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your Charge 5, @Timicus .
If you already tried adjusting the vibration strength on the device's settings, please make sure that you've tried restarting your device using the charging cable as well:
Let me know if you notice a different in vibration strength after the restart and after you change the settings one more time.
I'll be around.

Sadly, it just doesn’t wake me up in the morning, so I’ll have to send it back. I can’t recommend anyone who uses this as an alarm clock buys one of these.

@Timicus Thanks for sharing this update.
I'm sorry to see that your alarm isn't waking you up in the morning. If you haven't done so already, I would recommend that you vote for this idea posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers: Increase alarm vibration sensitivity and duration on Charge 5.
Thanks again for sharing all your feedback and comments about this.
