I just bought my fitbit charge 5 and no matter how many times I reinstall, reboot and rejig it around I am not getting my wallet tile and app tiles and only see Gallery and How to Use.  I am based in Japan where it should be available. I tried to chat with support and the system crashed. I am left with only this option.
