Hello @Danafranrob and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I'm misreading what you wrote.  It sounds like you want to edit and customize your exercise shortcut list.  This YouTube video will show you.  @Heather-S is using a Charge 3, but the Charge 5 sets up exactly the same.
