I would like my Charge 5 to vibrate when my heart rate changes from one Heart Rate Zone to another during exercise.
As background, I am a first time fitbit owner/user, so there's a lot of basics I probably don't know.
Under Settings, "Heart Rate" is set to ON. Vibrations are set to STRONG.
I went for my first run today. From the home/clock screen I swiped left until I got to Exercise. I tapped start, and it started the timer. I did my whole run but never got any vibrations. Though when I look at the data, I definitely went through a range of zones.
Is there something else I need to be doing?

Hello @michaelstl and welcome to the Community. The Charge 5 can notify you of these changes under two different circumstances -- during everyday activity and when you use the Exercise app. This is a VERY BUSY Help article because it has instructions for every device. You will need to do a little maneuvering through the article to get information just for the Charge 5. I hope it helps.

Ah, thank you! I had "AZM" notifications set to off. It appears that turning that on will achieve the desired effect.

@michaelstl This will turn on the AZM notifications for everyday activities. When you use the Exercise app, you must turn this on for each different exercise.
