I want to be able to match up my own sleep data with the fitbit sleep data to find out why my own -time asleep is so different from Fitbit's. For that I need to know the time-of-night data in the Awake/RMS/Light/Deep graph. Is there any way I can get that?

Hi, @hpday! If you click on the date within the sleep data, you can tap on the sleep stages plot and it will give you the time for each "incident."

That response only appears to work in the Android app. The Apple one doesn’t provide this information. I too would like that sleep data.

Good news and thank you, MakMak.
I am interested in large-scale data analysis, and it would be a great help if all these numbers could be downloaded in a data file, instead of one-at-a-time each day. Ideas anyone?
