Unfortunately, the brand new paid for by me charge 5 that I received this
morning doesn't work at all. No pairing, no lights, no logo. More hoops to
go through with troubleshooting which didn't work. Now I'm waiting for an
email about the warranty returns. No idea what that means because I haven't
received the email. Case no. 43868383 Really saddens me to have so many
problems with fitbits. Don't know how long to wait?
