Warranty Re-placement/Delivery Service

Could someone please explain why fitbit still using Parcelforce Worldwide (UK).? They are useless and I'm left waiting till Monday for re-delivery in the hope the Next delivery driver knows how to set up GPS to find my address. The most infuriating thing is being told by Parcelforce I.T system that the driver didn't get any answer at my address when he never turn up at my address. I was home at the time/date waiting for my charge 5 but the I.T system/ Parcelforce Don't give you no right to reply or even contact anyone.!!! It's all automated phone service which is absolutely terrible and I do not understand why Fitbit is using such a terrble delivery service. I'v had nothing but great customer service from Fitbit support team since 2018 but your choice of delivery service in uk is very disappointing these days. Fitbit really need to kick some Parcelforce(UK) backside.
