This is my second Charge 5 that has quit working. The first was just after the warranty ran out so I had to pay full price to replace it. It wouldn’t hold a charge and the screen stopped working. That was in May 2023. I got the new one a week later. This second one quit working on July 4 2023! The service from FitBit was seemingly great until my under-warranty free replacement watch that was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days is not projected to be sent to be in September!!! They keep pushing back the date! What a terrible ploy to get out of replacing a product! I’ve been a faithful Fitbit user for over 8 years and this is just the worst. I don’t think I’ll be buying these products anymore.

the same thing happened to my Charge 5 . I bought a new one inJune2023, and 3 weeks later the screen would not light up the on July7, 20233- it would not count steps. Filed for a replacement and waiting for it to come in mail! Ineeditformyexercise .there are a lot of lemons out there ???
