Watch facing is not secure

My watching facing is hanging on by the carbon ribbon underneath.  I have had a Charge 5 for a year.  I am only getting a years wear out my watches. I wish there was a place to repair the watch. If not it's time to buy a new one.

Hi @Gg_ginabina there are no repairs for these devices, but I think there is something you might be able to use to keep your Charge 5 working for you. On Amazon, search for "protective band cover for Charge 5" and see what pops up. There is a band which takes the pebble portion and completely encompasses it, so it can be used. Some people have used it as a remedy for the broken tabs on the pebble which made it impossible to use a regular band. It might help you to continue using your device. Most are priced under $20.
