Thank you for your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the Water Aerobic activity. 

I was able to confirm that this activity is not available for the moment to add as a workout option on the device. 

If you haven't done so already, I would recommend that you vote for this idea posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers: Add water aerobics to the Exercise App list.
