Weekly report not correct

I have noticed that when I receive my weekly report from Fitbit it does not show the same number of steps for the week as shown on my dashboard. It is frequently fewer steps. Why is this?

Could you please provide a few more details about the differences that you see on your weekly report? Let me know what you see on your dashboard and on your weekly report.
