Weighing my options/heartrate

OK.... I am either replacing the exact watch I have or I have the option to buy one with a discounted cost.  I have seen others aside from myself have been having issues with their charge5 recently.  Aside from that I have a question for people which I will first give some details.  I battle an irregular heartrate due to medical issues and at the time my heartrate runs low.  Through out the time I have had this watch the reading will be incorrect and not just by a small amount.  When I have done the ECG and my heartrate is irregular i typically get an inconclusive.  THe problem is that when it's not the ECG it can be more than 40 beats off. (currently the ECG option doesn't work at all.)  So my question is does anyone else have this issue.  Where your heartrate shows as one thing but it's far from accurate.  I am just wondering if I got a watch where it's off or if it's a common theme.  If there's a better watch option for me I would like to know about it.  Also currently one of the issues with my watch for replacing it with a new one or the exact one is that the ECG shows error and the biggest thing is the battery not staying charged even a full day.  I talked to someone about that issue and warranty is working with me.  Before I make a decision I wanted to come here and I also contacted someone I personally know.

Thanks to anyone that takes time to respond.  Tracking my heartrate is one of the reasons I wanted a fitbit to start with.

I also mentioned in my post that I had already spoke with someone and that I am weighing my options. That I had 2 options and I was trying to determine the best one. I waited a little bit for any response on people's thoughts here so I weighed my options and made my choice.

 

Also I tried to delete this post earlier however I wasn't given that option when I tried. If the option is there I didn't see it.
