What happened to “floor” tracking on Charge 5?

• My Charge 5 tracked number of floors walked until recently. It has disappeared from my app. What happened with it.

Have you changed devices recently?  Charge 5 does not, and never has tracked floors.  It cannot because it does not have the required hardware altimeter.

I have had a versa. The charge I have now is about three years old. That’s just really weird that I remember seeing the floors recently, and only now seeing it not there. Hmmm. Thank you.

I don't know where the display at top of your post came from.  It's not the current "Today" view.  There are lots of display options on the phone app; I don't know if it is possible to display stairs for a tracker that doesn't track them - might be but would show 0, unless got something like past yearly total view.
