Tell me WHY Charge 5???

Charge 4 has many issues that haven't been resolved by Fitbit.

Do I dare upgrade to Charge 5?

Maybe Fitbit ought to offer a $180. credit to Charge 4 users in order to try a Charge 5.

I've lost confidence in Fitbit devices.

Charge 4 is NOT accurate or reliable and NO fixes have been provided for issues we have all experienced.

Do I dare upgrade to a Charge 5?

If Charge 5 is any better, I think every Charge 4 buyer ought to get a $180. credit toward a Charge 5.

Hi @AnnieInAZ  only you can answer that question and it seems you already did. There is no credit for Charge 4 users to buy the Charge 5, but I guess you knew that.
