Hi, have a new Charge 5 of 4 weeks. WhatsApp messages have been coming through perfectly now suddenly stopped. All the settings are still to receive notifications and it’s syncing fine - any ideas? Thanks

I appreciate all the information that you've provided about this inconvenience with your Charge 5.
Let me know if you've been having trouble to receive notifications from any other app or if it's only happening with Whatsapp.
When you go to your notifications settings on the app, make sure that Whatsapp is selected and try disabling the notifications completely and set them up again if you're still having this problem. Make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem.
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, please check all the compatibility requirements here and keep in mind that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.
