My Charge 5 doesn’t receive Whatsapp notifications

Hi there, @Johannabdel. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5. 

To better assist you, can you please let me know if the WhatsApp messages are the only notifications that are not coming through?
