I purchased the fitbit charge 5 this month and while I really like it, there are so many apps, clock faces, features, etc I would like to see added. I would also like to know when an update can be expected because I have experienced several bugs. Thank you!

Hi @SunsetRunner.

 

Unfortunately Fitbit don't announce dates for Firmware updates (outside of a vague eta - eg. Fall).

 

The best thing to do is keep an eye on the Fitbit blog here.

Unfortunately Fitbit don't announce dates for Firmware updates (outside of a vague eta - eg. Fall).

 

The best thing to do is keep an eye on the Fitbit blog here.

@SunsetRunner, I'm afraid @N8teGee is right.  I'm waiting on 2 firmware updates for my devices and was told from Support today that I would just have to wait until an update was rolled out to me.  They couldn't even give me a timeline of when I might expect to be able to update my device (a Versa Lite, which has since been updated to the current firmware, so now I'm waiting on the updates from the Versa 1 and Ionic).
