Hi @Kyrin  that is something no one knows at this time. Pre-order information at Fitbit.com states that it begins shipping late September. When the Luxe was pre-order, the shipping time was later than first announced. There's really no way to tell you when you will receive your Charge 5.

@Kyrin   From time to time an authorized retailer will give a release date when the Fitbit store doesn't.  Amazon says it will be released on September 27.  First pre-order in, first on the shipping list, I think.
