Hi, @Leo1930 , welcome to the community, I understand it's up to the banks to sort this out with "Fitbit". Fitbit Pay Bank & Transit Support List shows those who have agreements. No Chinese or HK banks have participated.
I can only suggest you speak to your bank.
Cheers

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Leo1930.
Thank you for sharing your inquiry about your Charge 5 and Fitbit Pay.
Charge 5 includes a built-in NFC chip, which lets you use your credit and debit cards on your tracker and you can set up Fitbit Pay feature. However, as you mentioned earlier, Fitbit Pay is only available in some countries and unfortunately Hong Kong has not yet been included. I recommend that you keep an eye on our list of Fitbit Pay Banks as more countries and banks are being added constantly.
In addition, I recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers and other departments. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.
Have a great day.
