When will I get my Charge 5 order?

So I ordered my fitbit charge 5 with a sport strap on Oct12 and so when I tried to contact fitbit about shipping and they kept giving me a day 3 days post (first 18th then 21st) which is frustrating since you wouldn't expect this from fitbit so I contacted them via the app and there they said there was no order in the first place which is infuriating as I have already payed for the fitbit and I haven't gotten and order confirmation or any information on an actual date of shipping if anyone else has faced this issue recently and know of any solution I would be.very greatful of you if you could help me

Hi @Siddhesh-Sinha  you've posted on the community forum where we're just users of Fitbit and you need customer support. It really depends on where you are and where the order is shipped from, so you really need to get back with support, since none of us here will know the answer.

actually I've seen peoples problems about shipping and order confirmation being solver here before that's why I was asking for help here
