Is there some actual documentation about configuring the Charge 5? There is this VERY rudimentary documentation about how to swipe through the screens, a little bit about some functions, etc. but it is extremely lacking even for the built-in functionality. For instance, I don't want the band to vibrate when it thinks I should be moving. How do I turn off the "get your butt up" notification? On the other hand, I don't seem to get notifications when my heart rate goes below/above the threshold I set.

@munulu There is a lot of documentation about the Charge 5 on the mobile app. Here's how to find it. Tap on your profile picture, then the Charge 5 tile. There is a How To Use tile which goes over all the basics. And more. When you scroll to the end, there is a link to the Charge 5 manual.

So case in point "Reminders to Move" "Reminders to Move help you get moving every hour. Throughout the day, try to hit 250 steps each hour. Customize the hours you receive reminders in the Fitbit app".
So where do I customize the hours? How do I turn off these "Reminders to Move"? The only instructions I could find is "Do not disturb", "Sleep mode", etc but that affects all other customizations as well. I can't figure out how to just turn off "Reminders to Move". And that applies to many other items in the documentation as well.
Also where is the "profile picture"? In the meantime I figured it out that this is this white on white with a little bit of light blue in the top left corner. And what is the "Charge 5 tile"? It's kind of a menu and not a tile. And then at the bottom of the main screen of the app you have "Today", "Discover", "Community" and "Premium". All of this is pretty irrelevant except for "Today" which really should be called something like "My Charge 5" or something like that.

Hi @munulu,
On your Dashboard (the page you see when you open the app, you'll see a tile that has a picture with information about how many hours you moved over 250+ steps (it may say something like "3 of 12 Hours 250+ Steps Per Hour". Tap it. You'll now be directed to a page which has all the information about how many hours you moved for 250+ steps. In the upper right, you'll see a gear icon. Tap it. You'll then be taken to the page that has the settings for that feature. From there, you'll be able to customize or turn off the reminders.
I strongly advise you to read the Charge 5 manual that @LZeeW mentioned, it answers all these questions for you. in case you need it, you can find it here .
