Hi, @MrR2023 , welcome to the community. The message in the Fitbit app is "Override your default emoji replies with custom ones for notifications from (in my case Gmail - you may have another email client)
Googling the instruction brings up this -
This is a function of your email client, not the Fitbit app.
I hope this helps.

Hello & welcome @MrR2023
In the Fitbit app, click on Quick Replies to bring up the list of apps that you have set up to get notifications on your Charge 5.
You can also do this with Default Replies to customize your replies and emojis that will apply to Quick Replies for all your notification apps.
PS: It's always great when I learn something new about my Charge 5 due to a user's question. Thank you for that opportunity.
