Where can I get a replacement clip for the strap??

My daughter (whilst exercising) has damaged the sprung loaded clip that holds the strap on her Charge 5.

 

can someone point me in the direction as to where I can get a replacement or are there any straps that I can buy that does not use this clip??

I'm sorry to hear about that.  As far as I know, you can't get replacement clips but you can get straps that completely enclose the pebble part.

 

I'm not sure where you're based, but here's a link to an example on Amazon.com.  I searched for rugged case.  There are other brands, colors and designs.
