Where can I find my battery charge amount on my app or online?

You can check the battery level on both, the Fitbit app and your Charge 5. 

Swipe down on the Today tab of the Fitbit app to see your battery level in the top right corner or swipe up on your clock face. The battery level icon is in the top left.
