Hi @jrbutler14 - if you have a Sense in the watch Settings menu, quiet modes Sleep Mode, SCHEDULE Mode at the bottom, to schedule sleep and DND.

@jrbutler14 I've moved your post to the Charge 5 board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for your question and to turn on the sleep mode schedule, please follow these steps:

  1. On your tracker, swipe down from the clock screen and open the Settings app.
  2. Swipe up to see the full list of settings, and tap Quiet Modes to adjust it.
  3. Then, tap Sleep Mode > Sleep Schedule > Interval.
  4. Tap the start or end time to adjust when the mode turns on and off. Swipe up or down to change the time, and tap the time to select it. Sleep mode automatically turns off at the time you schedule, even if you manually turned it on.
